At DrDrone, we strive for precision in every flight, but if your equipment isn't performing to your expectations, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unused electronics. Please ensure all original packaging and components are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DrDrone account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Your Gear

  Carefully pack the drone or accessory in its original manufacturer's box, including all manuals, cables, and propellers to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
