What is the average shipping time for new drone orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout for 1-2 day delivery.
Do I need a license to fly the drones sold on DrDrone?
Licensing requirements depend on the drone's weight and your intended use. Generally, drones over 250g require FAA registration for recreational use, while all commercial flights require a Part 107 certificate.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the drone has been flown, it must be in original condition with all accessories included and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Are international warranties included with my purchase?
Most of our products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. However, warranty service is typically region-specific and must be handled in the country of purchase.
